Application Installation1. Download and Install the JRE for your OS, following the directions on the sun website. If you already installed the plug-in for the applet you can skip this step. 2. Download and unzip ChessOne into a directory of your choosing. Be sure ChessOne.jar, ChessBoardBean.jar and jta20_o_c1.jar were unzipped into the same directory on your computer.
Execution1. Double click the file ChessOne.jar or use the batch file provided to start the program. I have also included a shell script for Linux which you may edit if double clicking does not launch the application. |
