ChessOneBeta3 Applet (~250KB) Read First: You must have the Sun Java Plug-in installed to run this applet. You must accept the RigidSoftware.com certificate into your java keystore as a trusted certificate. This means your browser will trust applets signed with this certificate to access local system (network and file) resources. note After you click the applet link, and the JRE is installed, you will receive a Java Plug-in Seciryy warning “unable to verify certificate.” For windows users dowalod CertZip1.0.zip file, open it and execute the batch file contained within. If your JRE is installed in its default location, this will properly install the certificate and complete the process. Restart your browser. Troubleshooting This Applet was designed for the Java Plug-in. It is untested without it. Be sure the JIT is enabled: (windows) Activate the Java Plug-in control panel, from the control panel. Select the ‘Advanced’ tab. Check the box ‘Enable Just In Time Compiler.’ There is currently no timeseal with the Applet. If you need timeseal please download and use the Application which is exactly the same as the applet.
